Constructed from break-resistant polycarbonate, these containers can withstand temperatures ranging from -40° to 212°F, making them suitable for freezer storage and sous vide cooking. They are also commercial dishwasher safe and feature durable handles with drain holes for easy cleaning and drying. Additionally, they are USDA-certified for food contact, helping you comply with HACCP guidelines, and are NSF 3-A meat and poultry equipment and NSF 2-certified.
